Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every piece of our ready-made ethnic wear and Pattu sarees reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our specific criteria for returns and exchanges below:

Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported within two days of the parcel delivery date.

Mandatory Opening Video: To claim a return or refund, you must provide a proper 360-degree unboxing video. This video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) and clearly show the parcel from all angles before and during opening.

Condition of Item: Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition with all tags fully attached.

Eligibility (Damages Only):

• Returns are only accepted in the case of physical manufacturing damages.

• Please note that returns are not accepted for color variations, as digital screens may display colors differently than they appear in person.

Size Exchanges:

• If you require a size exchange for ready-made dresses, it is subject to availability.

• For all size exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying all associated delivery and shipping charges.
